Privacy
Privacy, confidentiality and careful data handling.
Regiment handles enquiry information and client materials with the discretion expected of a professional services firm.
Information we collect
When you contact us we collect the details you provide: name, organisation, email, optional phone number, the area you are seeking help with and your description of the need. For client engagements we hold the capability, opportunity and submission information required to deliver the work.
How we use it
Enquiry information is used to respond to you and to assess whether Regiment can assist. Client information is used to deliver the engagement — opportunity matching, qualification, submissions, advisory work and reporting.
Commercial-in-confidence
Client materials, including capability statements, pricing approaches and draft submissions, are treated as commercial-in-confidence. They are not shared with other clients and are not used to advantage another party.
Client portal access
Access to the Regiment Intelligence client portal is invite-only and provided to nominated personnel of active client organisations. Portal data is separated by organisation, and access controls prevent one client organisation from viewing another's information.
Retention and access
We retain engagement records for as long as required to deliver services and meet professional and legal record-keeping obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us.
Scope of services
Regiment Group provides professional advisory and submission services. Regiment Group does not provide legal advice or lobbying services.
